New Construction ( 3 - Visits ) Service, Rough & Finish
Permits are valid for 1 - year from date received by the Agency.
Open walls and Trenches must be inspected before being  covered.
Additional visit fee of $25.00 will be charged for every visit over the number of visits allowed above.
 A withdrawal application fee of $25.00 will be charged for withdrawn applications before services are rendered.
Application fees for withdrawn applications after services are rendered shall not be refundable.
Returned checks are subject to a fee of $25.00 plus Bank Charges.
Additional certificates $5.00 Ea.
